We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We do not offer returns, but if the item you received is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, you may request a replacement within 20 days of the date of purchase and we will process it on a case-by-case basis.
If your exchange is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt, and if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and correct it.
Exchangeability
We will only accept exchanges for seller-related reasons, including damaged and wrong items. You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase, and we will assess eligibility for a refund on a case-by-case basis.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your exchange request and let you know if your exchange request has been approved.
